OACS-F exists to:
- promote Christian education in Eastern Canada.
- provide educational support programs to Christian
schools. - establish a fund to assist Christian schools in financial difficulty.
- support the vision of the Ontario Alliance of Christian
Schools (OACS).
OACS-F plans to do these activities in support of its goals:
- develop infrastructure needs
- organize community education programs
- hold conferences and seminars on education topics relevant to parents
- publish literature explaining the benefits of faith-based instruction
- provide financial assistance to special school programs
- publish faith-based curriculum resources
- support programs for international student exchanges
- appeal to donors for financial resources for programs
- organize various types of fundraising events around Ontario
- promote study programs, bridging cultures around the globe
OACS-F also serves to support the OACS vision:
The Ontario Alliance of Christian Schools (OACS) is a non-profit service organization, representing and supporting independent schools that share the vision of integrating the Christian faith with academic learning.
